1 medium bowl
1/2 large cucumber, roughly chopped
1/2 capsicum, roughly chopped
1 Spanish onion, chopped
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp white sugar
3 tsp salt
1. Toss everything together in a large bowl. Refrigerate 20 min.
2. That’s it.
– Use less vinegar and more lemon juice than you think you need.
– Must remember to add a dash of sesame oil and chili flakes next time.
